And so it begins my blog that I've been wanting to do for so long to create ,my intention with this blog is to tell my story what I've been through how I healed from it and use it to help others. My goal is to bring awareness to mental health, suicide awareness and childhood trauma or otherwise known as complex PTSD because I can carry into adulthood. I'll be talking about resources links that you can use to watch videos of people that know about it and we can have some discussions you'll be able to ask me questions and all kinds of things. I can't wait to see where this takes me next in my journey and I hope to help people as best I can.
